Unit was a backup Genset at a government nuclear power facility and under a regular maintenance schedule. Taken out of service due to facility shutdown. It was setup for continuous duty from factory, but only used as generator backup, so it is a very heavy duty setup. We performed a coolant pressure test with compressed air and heard 2 of the cylinder heads making noise. We decided not to take apart and investigate further, but it could be a relatively simple repair for people with experience.
