What is your return policy?
Anything bought from River City Industrial can be returned within 7 days for any reason or within 30 days if there are any issues. If you would like to return a unit bought from us, please contact us at Sales@RiverCityIndustrial.com with your request, the reason for return and your order information.
What is included with this item?
Each item includes ONLY what is shown in pictures in the ad, unless otherwise noted.
When can I expect my order to ship?
Almost all orders ship within 0-1 business days of RCI receiving full, confirmed payment. On larger freight orders and in extreme circumstances we may need more time. If you need your items quickly please contact for expedited shipping.
Can you ship out today?
Parcel (UPS, USPS, etc) – If we receive your order and your full, confirmed payment before 3p ET, we can usually get your order out the same day, though you must request it.
Freight – In order to get freight orders out the same day we need your order and your full, confirmed payment before 12 noon ET. It is not always possible to get freight orders out the same day.
May I organize shipping myself?
You may organize parcel or freight shipping yourself, or we can ship on your UPS, FedEx or DHL account. If you organize shipping yourself you must provide all the paperwork already filled out.
Are your used items tested?
Pretty much all used units we sell are working takeouts. We saw them working at the plant before we uninstalled it ourselves. Most items we have not tested ourselves, but we do guarantee everything we sell. If you would like an electrical item, let us know and we can get a quote from a local company to test and certify the item for you before shipment.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide via DHL, UPS or USPS (not recommended). We can also ship on your UPS, DHL or FedEx account.
International buyers (outside the US) are responsible for all duty and customs charges.
International buyers who choose UPS Expedited may receive their packages via DHL. DHL is faster and more reliable than UPS, but if you would prefer UPS, please let us know.
Please note that because of our past history with USPS, if you choose to have your item(s) shipped via USPS and your package is lost or damaged we will NOT file a claim and you will NOT get your money back. Furthermore, once a USPS package leaves the US it is nearly impossible to track.

- Checks and Wire Transfers: payment before shipment

Those third party websites get a cut of every sale we make. When you buy direct from our webstore we don’t have to pay those fees so we pass on the savings to you!

Every item we put our inventory is posted to our RSS, Twitter and Tumblr feeds.
Facebook is regularly updated when a category in our inventory has been significantly updated.
